Helping Children and Teens Cope With Grief: A Companioning Philosophy of Caregiving

Ideal for parents, educators, clergy, counselors, and caregivers who desire to walk alongside grieving children with wisdom, courage, and grace, this inspiring workshop will equip you to compassionately “companion” children and teens through grief with greater understanding and confidence. Led by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, one of North America’s leading grief educators, you will gain practical insight into the unique ways young people mourn, explore the six reconciliation needs of child and teen grief, and learn how to create safe spaces where authentic healing can begin.
